Returns & Refunds

Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags intact.

How to return

Email ombreattire2@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 50 357 1983 with your order number, and we will arrange a pickup (UAE) or share return instructions (international).

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour subject to availability. Just let us know within the 7-day window.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, custom pieces, and altered garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event your piece arrives with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will resolve it promptly.
